The NB Numeric 440 is a low-top skate shoe whose lineage traces back to New Balance's heritage of classic '70s running shoes. With its C-CAP wedge heel that absorbs shock while remaining lightweight, the 440 has the feel is like the board of a vulcanized shoe with the impact protection of a cupsole. The upper features a double layer of suede in high-use areas, with breathable mesh side panels and reflective heel perforations, making the 440 not only comfortable, but also extremely functional.
