Discounts do not apply to Route Package Protection or shipping charges. International purchases are considered to be Final Sale and not eligible for return. For order placed outside of Canada please refer to our policies on International Shipping & Returns.

We offer a flat rate return shipping fee of $19.99 for all orders being returned from Canada. International customers will be required to cover the cost of shipping for returns. Please note that shipping costs and Route Package Protection are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Refunds will be processed to you Original Payment Method. Orders that were partially paid by Gift Cards will first be refunded the amount paid by Credit Card(s), with the balance being returned to the Gift Card(s).

We do not offer exchanges for online orders. Please follow our return process and place a new order. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return your purchase in-store.

Pricing for orders is applicable at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred or carried over to a new order.
