Warranties
The Source Snowboards stands behind every item we sell, and we work diligently with our brands to ensure customer service is the number one goal.
Standard warranty is against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase from The Source Snowboards. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, impact, excessive misuse, or any modifications that have been made to the product.
We prioritize reducing our environmental impact by minimizing shipping costs whenever possible. In certain cases, we have established partnerships with brands that allow us to handle defective merchandise in an eco-friendly manner. This may involve taking photos of the damaged item or receiving parts to repair it in-house, saving you additional costs.
Refer to the manufacturers warranty policies whenever possible, as many of our preferred brands offer exceptional warranty programs with fast and direct service.
Warranty Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Shipping costs are one way and non-refundable if a warranty is denied. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please keep your tracking information until the warranty process in complete.

- In-Store Purchases: If you made the purchase at any of our Source Snowboards locations, simply drop off the item along with your Proof of Purchase. If we have your information on file, it will expedite the process.
- Online Purchases: For items purchased online, please send a detailed email to our customer support team. Include photos of the damage, the serial number for boards (if applicable), an explanation of the issue, along with your order number and purchase date.
Please include as many photos as possible to expedite the process. For boots, bindings and shoes include an image of the full pair. Find the product tags inside the item and any stamps, tags and serial numbers. The more info provided the better! - Choose a Shipping Option: Once your claim is processed, our reliable warranty department will provide you with a Return Authorization and arrange the warranty shipment. You will have the option to choose a suitable shipping method and pay for it upon pick-up.
- Stay Updated: Throughout the warranty process, you will receive regular updates through our online form. This will include tracking information and any relevant notes on your file to keep you informed of the progress.
