PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Saturday is a twin shape that is at home anywhere on the mountain. The standard camber profile provides camber between your bindings for snap and control and rocker at the tip and tail for catch-free riding and float. A Quadratic Side-cut improves turn initiation and exit as well as edge grip. Slimewalls® provide a smooth ride and increase durability by absorbing impact. Carbon Array 3™ provides extra pop and control without adding stiffness. The Saturday is a mid-flexing twin built for the intermediate to advanced riders that want one board for all conditions.

Profile: Camber
Terrain: Park/All-mountain
Response: Medium

Features:

  • Twin Extra Camber: A true twin shape hybrid profile that has more camber than rocker.
  • Linear Quadratic Side-cut: A directional side-cut utilizing Quadratic curvature from the tip to the rear insert pack, then progressing into a linear section into the tail. This creates smooth catch-free turn initiation and powerful support through the turn exit without losing grip.
  • Sintered Base: High-end sintered 4000 P-tex base material that is more durable, harder and faster than extruded.
  • WMNS Performance™ Core: Specially formulated for the women’s line, this core combines lightweight Paulownia wood stringers with high strength Aspen. Available on every women’s board.
  • Slimewalls®: Ride’s exclusive Slimewalls® are forgiving and ductile, absorbing impacts rather than defending against them. Just like your skate wheels, the urethane in Slimewalls® smoothes the interaction with the snow, wood or metal surfaces you may ride on. On top of all that, these babies are virtually indestructible, the most durable sidewalls in snowboarding.
  • Roll-in Construction: Unique 3D structure built around our urethane Slimewall® sidewalls. Designed to increase overall board strength, prevent top-sheet chipping, and reduce weight.
  • Linear Carbon Laminates: Two strips of carbon added below the core provide more snap for ollie power.
  • Carbon Array Laminates: This power distribution technology provides total board control in every stance location. Widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Rider input is then channeled to the opposing contact point for maximum board control. Offered in two levels of technology, 3 & 5.
  • Hybrid Glass: Triaxial on top, biaxial on base; balanced torsional flex and stiffness for better response with speed.
Impact Plates Laminates: Added underneath each binding area to improve compressive strength and prevent board breaks where it matters most. Offered in two levels, Single and Double.
  • Topless Construction: By transferring graphics directly to the fiberglass, Topless Construction removes the need to have any top-sheet material. This process improves overall durability and reduces weight.
Cleave Edge™ Steel: Nearly 50% more steel, delivers unmatched resistance to edge cracking and can be detuned to larger radii.
  • Warranty: 3 Years

Profile: Camber

Precision, control and pop. The side profile of camber looks like a rainbow. Tried and true, camber has been the dominant board bend in the snowboard industry for almost 40 years. Adopted from the bend of alpine skis, camber snowboards deliver precise turning and edge control, with spring-loaded pop due to the bend in the board, providing better jumping characteristics. Advanced riders tend to prefer this bend, especially for hard carving and high-speed riding. Even when it comes to softer park snowboards, camber boards deliver exceptional pop and control.

However, they are not as forgiving of mistakes and can be more difficult to learn or progress on than a rocker or hybrid bend.

Shape: Twin

A completely symmetrical shape, which thrives in a variety of freestyle situations. At the core of its design, the twin shape features an identical nose and tail shape, which provides an identical feel and predictable maneuverability whether riding regular or switch. Although originally developed with park riders in mind, twin shapes have also grown to be embraced by many all-mountain riders that like to bring a skateboard style riding out of the park and onto the entire mountain.

Flex: 5 - 7 (Scale 1 - 10)

Versatility at its finest. From the park to the peak and anywhere in between.

Base: Sintered

High-end base material that is harder, more durable, and faster than extruded bases.
