- Initiate a return: If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Be sure to include your order number and reason for return in your message.
- Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and have their original tags attached.
We do not provide return labels.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Extended Holiday Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer an extended full refund on unworn and unused product until January 26, 2025 allowing you to shop with confidence. Please note that FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Returning a gift? Please email info@sourceboards.com with your proof of purchase and we can set up a return for store credit as we are only able to offer a refund through the original payment method.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Theragun, Underwear, Socks, Swim and Facemasks. Items purchased at more than 40% off are considered to be Final Sale. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined with any other offers. Discounts do not apply to Route Package Protection or shipping charges. International purchases are concidered to be Final Sale and not eligible for return. For order placed outside of Canada please refer to our policies on International Shipping & Returns.
You can expect to see a full refund on the original payment method 7-14 days of us receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statements.
The Source does not provide return labels. All return shipping costs will be taken care of by the customer.
Pricing for orders is applicable at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred or carried over to a new order. Each order is treated independently.
Items sent back due to incomplete address, refusal, or being unclaimed will be refunded minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee is the cost of shipping both ways, and Route if applicable.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for online orders. Please follow our return process and place a new order. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Please see our policy below for exchanging items in-store.
Extended Holiday In-Store Returns & Exchanges
You have until January 26th, 2025 to return or exchange your purchase in-store. Gifts will be returned for store credit as we are only able to issue a refund through the origional payment method.
Items must be in the condition they were received, unused and unworn with all original tags attached. You will need your original order number and you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges and Route Package Protection are non-refundable.
